- "Voucher" refers to any experience voucher or gift voucher issued by Aussie Voyages.

- "Live Inventory" refers to real-time product availability and pricing data sourced from third-party supplier APIs or inventory management systems.
- "ACL" means the Australian Consumer Law as set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
- "Force Majeure" means any event beyond the reasonable control of Aussie Voyages, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or acts of war.
2. Website Usage
You agree to use the Aussie Voyages website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. By accessing the website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or databases
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications

This log may be submitted as binding evidence in chargebacks, disputes, or legal audits.
4. Bookings & Reservations
All bookings made through Aussie Voyages are subject to availability. We act as a booking facilitator and registered inbound tour operator, coordinating products from third-party suppliers.
A booking is confirmed only when:

Booking on Behalf of Others
If you make a booking for other travellers, you warrant that you have their authority to accept these Terms on their behalf, that the information provided is accurate, and that they agree to these conditions.
Booking Accuracy
👉 Errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Aussie Voyages will not be responsible for costs arising from errors reported after this period.
5. Pricing & Currency
Prices may be displayed in AUD or NZD depending on supplier origin and the selected market. The applicable currency will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Illustrations & Descriptions Disclaimer
Images, ratings, travel plans, and promotional descriptions — including AI-generated elements — are provided for illustrative purposes only. Delivered experiences may differ due to seasonal weather, supplier updates, or operational route alterations.
6. Live Inventory & System Uptime
Live Inventory Sync & API Feeds
Aussie Voyages pulls real-time inventory and pricing data from third-party API systems and supplier feeds.
- Availability changes dynamically and is not guaranteed until a booking confirmation is issued.
- Technical synchronisation delays, duplicate bookings, or API errors may occur.
- Aussie Voyages reserves the right to cancel or re-confirm bookings affected by technical sync errors.
- If an inventory error occurs, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.
Platform Downtime & Outages
We do not guarantee uninterrupted system access. Aussie Voyages is not liable for scheduled maintenance, network failures, database outages, or cybersecurity incidents beyond control.
7. Payments & Chargebacks
All payments are securely processed through PCI-compliant external payment gateways (Stripe). We do not store credit card credentials on our servers.
Chargeback & Dispute Abuse Policy
To prevent fraud, Aussie Voyages enforces strict chargeback rules:
- You must contact Aussie Voyages directly at info@aussievoyages.com.au before raising a dispute with your bank.
- We dispute unjustified chargebacks. We will submit booking confirmations, checkout timestamps, IP logs, and correspondence to your card network.
- If a chargeback is raised fraudulently or without ground, Aussie Voyages reserves the right to legally recover dispute fees, admin fees, and outstanding booking totals.
8. Cancellations & Refunds

Non-Refundable Products
Theme park passes, timed tickets, events, gift vouchers, and experiences during peak holidays (Christmas, New Year, public holidays) are strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL. If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) regardless of the stated policy.
9. Changes & Amendments
Requests to amend a booking are subject to availability and supplier rules:
- Submit amendment requests in writing to bookings@aussievoyages.com.au.
- All changes are subject to the supplier's policy and price differences.
- An administration fee of up to AUD $50 per booking may be charged.
- Date changes within 72 hours of travel may be treated as cancellations by suppliers.
- Name changes are not always possible and may incur supplier fees.
* Aussie Voyages reserves the right to make minor operational changes where necessary. Material changes will be communicated immediately with options.
10. Gift Vouchers
Aussie Voyages Gift Vouchers may be used as payment toward any bookable product on the website.
11. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

- AI Translations: English text versions of bookings and Terms override any translation differences.
- AI Pricing & Quotations: AI pricing is indicative only. Prices are not binding until confirmed in a formal booking document.
* Aussie Voyages is not liable for reliance on AI-generated pricing, maps, or content not formally verified in your booking confirmation.
12. Travel Documentation & Accessibility
Travellers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold all required documentation. Failure to do so will result in travel denial with no refund entitlement.
Accessibility & Special Requests
Accessibility standards, facilities, and suitability vary between suppliers. Customers with mobility limitations or special needs must:
- Contact Aussie Voyages prior to booking to discuss requirements.
- Confirm facilities directly with the relevant supplier before booking.
- Do not rely solely on website descriptions or AI summaries for accessibility confirmation.
13. Supplier Responsibility & Insolvency
Where products are operated by third-party suppliers, they are independent businesses responsible for delivering their own services. Supplier conditions apply in addition to these terms.
Aussie Voyages is not liable for:
- Supplier schedule delays, cancellations, or unannounced adjustments.
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal property during activities.
- Personal injury, except where caused by proven negligence of Aussie Voyages.
- Weather-related activity cancellations.
Supplier Insolvency Protection
We are not liable for losses from supplier bankruptcy, liquidation, or trade cessation. In such events, we will attempt to source an alternative supplier or assist you in filing claims with your travel insurance provider.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject always to the Australian Consumer Law, Aussie Voyages shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Loss of profits, savings, or business opportunity
- Missed flight connections or transport expenses
- Live inventory synchronisation lag or API issues
- Force majeure disruptions
- Supplier insolvency or ceased trade
👉 Aussie Voyages' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.
15. Force Majeure
Aussie Voyages is not liable for delay or failure to perform obligations resulting from events beyond reasonable control:
In a Force Majeure situation, Aussie Voyages will use reasonable endeavours to offer alternative bookings or travel credits. Where refunds are required by the ACL, they will be processed.
16. Travel Agent (B2B) Accounts
B2B partners and travel agents agree to the following additional terms:
- Maintain updated agency details and secure login credentials.
- Do not disclose net B2B wholesale rates to end-consumers without approval.
- By making bookings, agents accept these Terms on behalf of their clients and are responsible for communicating them accurately.
- Invoice settlement must occur within agreed account payment windows.
* Access may be suspended immediately for invoice delinquency, B2B net rate exposure, or platform abuse.
17. Supplier Partnerships
Suppliers listing products or rates agree to the following:
- All product data, pricing, and availability provided is accurate and current.
- Submitted rates are valid and will be honoured for confirmed bookings.
- The supplier is licensed, insured, and meets all safety requirements for offered activities.
- Content submitted for AI-assisted categorisation is accurate at the time of submission.
* Aussie Voyages reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any supplier listing at its discretion.
18. Intellectual Property
All content on the Aussie Voyages website — including text, branding, graphics, logos, layouts, images, and software — is the property of Aussie Voyages Pty Ltd and protected by copyright laws.
Without written permission, you may not:
- Reproduce, copy, or redistribute website assets
- Use our trademarks or branding
- Use AI tools to systematically replicate or scrape our database content
- Create derivative works based on our platform
